The Essential Lean Awareness Training Course has been designed for lean beginners wishing to gain an
understanding of the tools and philosophy of lean manufacturing. As a result of this session you will have gained a detailed understanding of the key tools used to drive waste, i.e. cost and time from your business and how to start your own lean journey.
You will also have many opportunities to discuss your own business improvement issues with Gary on the day of the training course.
This training course has been designed to suit all employees involved in the implementation of lean manufacturing, whether a machine operator or a managing director.
Gary is the Champion of Change. He thrives on the challenges chaos brings to the world, sprinkling moments of wizardry as he simplifies the impossible to achieve practical solutions. He has 15 years hands-on experience in introducing new strategies to lead businesses and individuals through successful change programs and he pays particular attention to providing a personable service, always approaching his work with a positive attitude and a sense of fun.
He has always possessed an inquisitive mind and regularly had the board duster thrown at him for asking too many questions. This did not deter his thirst for knowledge, and he has continued to search for deeper meaning throughout his adult life, which has contributed to forming the essential characteristics of a trustworthy business coach. His portfolio of experience eventually led to him setting up his own business, Futurestate Solutions in January 2010, to allow him to help SME’s adopt simple changes he has developed, that lead to better business cultures and profitable growth.
The benefits you will gain from attending the training course for lean beginners are as follows:
An understanding of the size of the opportunity for business improvement that lean manufacturing operations represent for you.
An understanding of the 5 main principles of lean manufacturing.
A review of the most utilised lean manufacturing tools.
