Are you Twitter Tastic? This is a session for those of you who are using twitter but not utilising it to the best of its ability. It will be an interactive workshop where you will be learning about new tools and techniques and improving your twitter management during the session.Twitter is an extremely poweful marketing tool that can and will improve your business once you understand 'how it works'.
Naomi is a Twitter Legend and has used it successfully to drive the growth of her own businesses over the past few years. Dragons’ Den survivor and successful Manchester businesswoman, Naomi Timperley is Co Director of Enterprise Lab and Director of Social Media Boom. Her first foray into business was with Baby Loves Disco UK Ltd a brand which she brought over from the USA. With no experience of events or marketing, but a great instinct, Baby Loves Disco launched in London & Manchester in 2007 and mushroomed a further 7 cities at it’s peak. With a tiny budget Naomi worked tirelessly to be the face and name of Baby Loves Disco and used PR and social media to grow a loyal family of fans. She has been featured in the media all over the world and having turned down an offer from Deborah Meaden on Dragons’ Den, Naomi has enjoyed huge success in her own right since appearing on the show and is now a speaker, mentor, business advisor at Salford University and volunteer for Youth Enterprise North West. She has since sold her shares in the business to concentrate on Enterprise Lab and Social Media Boom.
A number of questions that Naomi will be posing and providing the answers for you during the workshop will be:
Does your profile say who you are and what you do?
Who are you following?
Are you building an audience?
What do you share?
Do you converse and listen?
Are you a guru of what you do?
How do you grow your audience and network?
Are you sharing and do you add value?
